Well hello hockey fans and welcome to my unofficial Halifax Mooseheads homepage. Who are the Mooseheads you ask? They are an excellent hockey team in the Dilio Division of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League in Canada. They have some great players, one of them being forward Alex Tanguay who recently played in the World Junior Championship for Team Canada, being their second-leading scorer in the entire tournament. Tanguay is also eligible in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft, and is predicted to go in the first round. The Mooseheads have also had former players go on to play in the NHL, such as forward Eric Houde of the Montreal Canadiens, and goaltender Jean-Sebastien Giguere of the Calgary Flames, and with several players eligible in this year's draft, there could be more former Mooseheads in the NHL soon.
